Young Missy is a 2008 Homozygous Black mare. Her dam also produced a half sibling placing 1st at the Northwest Saddlebred Futurity in 2006 2 yo Fine Harness and In Hand, Summer Showcase UPHA 5 Gaited Classic and 2007 Northwest Saddlebred Futurity 3 yo 5 Gaited. Young Missy's dam also produced Class Dismissed (a half sibling) who shows in a wide venue in the Pinto Circuit and a constant winner from World Champion to Top 10...this is one versital horse standing up to the saddlebred breed.

Missy's sire is out of a Harlem Globetrotter daughter/Lord O'Shea granddaughterand he is a son of Sea of Cortez son of CH El Cortez and grandson of CH Belle Ellegant and CH Sky Watch. Missy's dam is a Harlem Globetrotter and Sultan's Great Day and Bi Mi Charm of the Shadows (on the bottom line). Bi Mi Charm of the Shadows is the dam of the black 5 Gaited sire Quiver (by CH FOXFIRE'S PROPHET) sire of champions and sire of Quivarro sire of Like Pennies from Heaven and Black Knight on Broadway. Penny was unshown due to injury but is producing talented foals and Black Knight on Broadway is a 3 Gait Champion and sire of Champions to include The Knight's Reflection. This girl has it all…nothing but WOW FACTOR and lots of blow! This beautiful mare has trot and blow...LOTS OF HOCK. What a gem! Nicknamed “Scarlet” for her red coat and southern belle attitude, this young filly shows tons of promise.“ A half-sister by sire RA Hot Every Nite and our mare Jaded Lady and out of a double Stonewall mare of natural gaited talent, this exciting young filly is truly gifted and is a fabulous replacement mare for her dam. Scarlet like Jade carries the lines of Mountjoy's Denmark Jewel but through the the mare Mountjoy's Free Choice maternal grand dam of Vision Quest sire of Scarlet's dam First Vision who was a fantastic natural racking mare who would rack all day long. This is another very pretty headed mare and big dark eyes. She has small ears and a wonderful neck and power to spare.

1998 daughter of Hot August Nite. Jade stands 15.3 short and bare. She is a super producing mare, easy to breed and great mom. Jade loves trail riding and is like a cadillace undersaddle. Jade (and our chestnut mare Miss Scarlet Nite) is a half sister by sire to ra Hot Every Nite, Jades grand dam is a Mountjoy's Denmark Jewel (maternal sire of Remember Tropical Gale who is the dam of Black Knight on Broadway sire of the Knights Reflection and Like Pennies From Heaven dam of 3 fillies here at Cascade Colors). Jades sire Hot August Nite is out of the mare Daliaha's Desdemona Denmark (by Fountain of Youth by CH Yorktown) who is out of the mare Darling Desdemona (by the CH producing 5 gaited Valley's Desdemona Denmark). Darling Desdemona is out of Miss Lucky McDonald who also produced My Fantasia dam of Monaco as well as producer of 3 and 5 gaited show champions. Future foals available for the serious show person and breeders...“Jade” is a big black tobiano beauty with the noted Hot August Nite motion, talent and conformation that has allowed her sire and others of these lines to be Multi Champions in the show ring time and time again and to produce the time proven lines year in and year out. Reserve Champion Saddle/Pleasure Type 2-year-old filly and Reserve Champion Futurity winner! We are so very excited to have Flame as a part of our breeding program. This mare not only has the brains of a champion but the talent, drive and ability to get the job done. Flame is a half-sibling by dam to Princess of Monaco, Arctic Sensation, Senfully Jaded and Crystal Gale. Flame produced a wonderful minimal spotted buckskin CH Sky Watch grandson this year who is continuing the producing tradition of his dam dam Jaded Lady...out producing the sire and dam. This was her first foal and she is an outstanding mom. This is a very stunning mare with a arab type pretty head, big dark eyes a pretty ears on top of a very nice long neck. Jazz is a April 2008 deep rich chestnut homozygous tobiano filly out of Princess of Monaco (daughter of Jaded Lady) and sired by Spotz Sensation. Her dam is a big strong bold trotting mare and her sire has all the height and stretch you would want for this mare for a great all around balance. Jazz is one exotic looking filly from her flashy markings to the interesting coloring in her eyes which one is blue but one is dark with a bit of marbled blue on the bottom that gives the appearace of water reflection. She is a big filly with a lot of snort but controlable with desire and drive. As for her pedigree she is a Hot Every Nite / Monaco granddaughter CH Buck Rogers, Chubasco and double Hot August Nite great granddaughter. The cross has given her body and stretch on top of talent. At present she is unshown and just growing up. We will be excited to she how she blooms this summer. This is one beautiful filly and if you like color she will produce a spotted foal (pass a tobiano gene) on any solid sire. This filly is a great asset for those who would like to produce quality spotted foals and introduce some of the great solid colored sires to the pedigree.

Spring is a lovely young mare with a great substance and a good balance of refinement. This mare has a wonderful variety of great old lines. Spring is by the stunni late son of Hot August Nite ( MARK HALL SUPREME x DAHLIA DESDEMONA DENMARK). Although not well know this young sire was an extremely elegant upright and striking saddlebred. His untimely loss is a tragidy for those who love the ASB type and the guarantee of passing the black and tobiano gene. Cascade Colors has a few images of this sire as a yearling. We hope to be able to post him soon. This uniquely marked young man is truly missed.

Broke to ride, has been on beach, sand dunes, mountains and snow.  Not lots of hours but has been very dependable and would ride on her own with no issues.  Has been introduced to picket line, hobbles and camping life.  Crosses water and listens to handler well.  Has also been hunted with and lightly packed a few times.

India has produced a Homozygous Tobiano Black and White Colt by Arctic Sensation. This young man has the outstanding attitude and type of a quality saddlebred. He has trot and is upright.

Montica is a full sister to CC My April Sensation. Angel is a 2007 Homozygous Tobiano Chestnut filly out of Like Pennies from Heaven a paternal half sister to BLACK KNIGHT ON BROADWAY and the daughter of Tropical Flower (Shamu by CH Buck Rogers sire of Monaco x Aurora Lites by Chubasco). Penny is also half sister by dam to Tropical Reflection, Rockabilly and Tropical Rose (dam of Doctor Zhivago). Regretfully this stunning mare had an injury as a young mare and was unshown. Penny has produced some very nice foals like Angel.

Angel is TRIPLE CHUBASCO BRED with the addition of the tall stretchy lines of Spotz Sensation (our foundation spotted sire). We have a full sister to Angel born 2008 both fillies are homozygous Tobaino and DO NOT HAVE BLUE EYES! This filly gives you the added advantage to breed out to a solid sire and still get a spotted saddlebred. Delilah is a tall 2005 tobiano palomino mare with a super disposition and type. We are excited to add her to our breeding program. Delilah carries numerous lines that have been noted to produce five-gaited horses. In a 6 generation pedigree we find: 5 crosses to CH WING COMMANDER, 6 crosses to Stonewall King, 2 crosses to Fountain of Youth (Chubasco out of Tropical Gale and Key Largo out of CH The Carnival Queen), Anacacho Shamrock, Anacacho Denmark (both sons of Edna May's King), Stonewall King, Pinetree Denmark, Ensign Kirby. CH Valley View Supreme (1), Kalarama Colonel. This young gold spotted mare has a shorter pretty head and small ears at the top of a long neck. She will flag a tail and trot. Faya was stated to be a 5 Gaited prospect by a noted Saddlebred trainer as a young mare.  Faya is a Chubasco and CH El Cortez granddaughter who is believed to be Homozygous Black (no DNA at present). She is out of a black mare and by a black and white sire Cabrillo who is out of Nytala who is a Cimmeron JJN daughter. Cimmeron JJN is a full sibling to CH Love Them Roses, Night of Roses, Rifles and Roses etc. Her sire is a Chubasco son her dam a CH El Cortez daughter. In addition to the 2 crosses to Chubasco and 2 crosses to Carey's Night of Love, Faya's lines include in a 6 generation pedigree: CH Dream Waltz, CH Belle Elegant, CH Moore's Miss America, Private Contract(out of CH Contracts Lady), Status Symbol, The Kentucky Wild Cat (grandson of both CH Boadlands Captain Denmark and CH Wing Commander), Her foals have all been buckskin and bay tobianos and is believed to by Homozygous for Black.
